PRIVACY POLICY - DEFINITION
Personal Data: Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, i.e., who can be identified directly or indirectly by reference to an identification number or one or more elements specific to them.
Processing of Personal Data: Processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations carried out on such data, regardless of the process used, including the collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination, or any other form of provision, comparison or interconnection, as well as blocking, erasure, or destruction.

DATA COLLECTED
We collect Users' data to provide them with the services they expect when logging into the site and to best carry out the services for which they have chosen us. We collect personal data that you share with us when you contact us or interact with us on our website, applications, email, phone, booths, and events, or otherwise. For example, you will provide us with data when you contact our sales advisors, place an order, fill out a survey, participate in a contest or questionnaire, update your preferences, and account details. The categories of data processed as part of the services are data relating to user identity (name, first name, date and place of birth, etc.), user phone number, user email address, and technical identifiers of the devices used by users (IP address, browser type, etc.). The information collected on social networks and websites, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, sometimes includes personal data posted online and publicly available. We ensure that any information used is correctly attributed to its source or anonymized.
These websites and social networks generally have their own privacy policies that explain how they use and share your personal data. You should carefully review these privacy policies before using these sites to ensure you agree with how your personal data is collected and shared. Additionally, some data is collected automatically due to the User's actions on the site (see the section on cookies).
PURPOSES
The personal data we collect when providing services or performances are necessary for the execution of contracts concluded with the User or to enable us to pursue our legitimate interests while respecting the User's rights. Some data may also be processed based on the User's consent.
The data collected during the use of the site and access to services are processed to allow access to the resources provided on the site, user identification, improvement of services, the compilation of audience and traffic statistics, processing of requests and claims from customers and prospects, and the dissemination of editorial content as well as commercial prospecting operations.
The purposes for which we process data are as follows:

DATA RECIPIENTS
The personal data collected is intended for the commercial, marketing, and accounting departments of Synneo. It may be transmitted to our subcontractor companies involved in executing our contracts and services.
In this context, personal data may be transferred to a country that is either a member or non-member of the European Union. We implement safeguards to ensure the protection and security of this data, in compliance with regulations.
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the explicit consent of the Users.
Outside these cases, the disclosure of personal data to third parties may only occur in the following cases: with their authorization; at the request of legally competent authorities, on judicial requisition, or as part of a judicial dispute.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
To meet legal obligations or to have the necessary elements to assert our rights, we may archive the data under the conditions provided by law.
Thus, the personal data collected by Synneo relating to the identity and contact details of its Users is archived for a maximum of three (3) years after the end of the contractual relationship for customer Users or from their collection by the data controller or the last contact from the prospective User for data relating to them.
The end of the contractual relationship is understood to mean the express termination of the contract by the User.
USER RIGHTS
In accordance with the regulations, the User has the rights to access and rectify personal data concerning them, which allows them to rectify, complete, update, or delete data that is inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, outdated, or whose collection, use, communication, or storage is prohibited.
The User also has the right to request the limitation of processing and to object on legitimate grounds to the processing of their personal data. The User can also communicate instructions on the fate of their personal data in the event of death.
Where applicable, the User may request data portability or, where processing is based on consent, withdraw their consent at any time.

The User can unsubscribe from Synneo's newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe links included in each email.
In the event of a dispute, the User can file a complaint with the CNIL, whose contact details are available at http://www.cnil.fr.
The User will be able to access detailed information on the use of their personal data, particularly regarding the purposes of processing, the legal bases allowing us to process the data, their retention periods, their recipients, and, where applicable, transfers of these data to a country outside the European Union as well as the safeguards implemented. COOKIES
Synneo websites use cookies intended to facilitate navigation on the sites, execute the service provided by Synneo, measure site audience, or enable the sharing of pages from the site.
TYPES OF COOKIES USED
Cookies necessary for site navigation are required for the proper functioning of Synneo websites. They allow the use of the site's main features. Without these cookies, Users cannot use the site normally.
Functional cookies allow us to personalize the User experience.
Analytical cookies help us understand the usage and performance of the site and improve its functionality by analyzing page visits, tracking open rates, click rates, and bounce rates at an individual level.

Cookie Lifetime
Cookies are placed on the User's device for a maximum of 13 months from the User's consent. After this period, consent will be requested again.
SECURITY
We have taken all necessary precautions to preserve the security of personal data, including preventing them from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
These measures include multi-level firewalls, reputable antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems, as well as encrypted data transmission using SSL/https/VPN technology.
Furthermore, access to processing by our recipient services requires authentication of individuals accessing the data, using individual access codes and passwords that are sufficiently robust and regularly updated.
Data transmitted over unsecured communication channels is subject to technical measures to render such data incomprehensible to any unauthorized person.
